Cancellation Policies / Deposits - Key West Fishing Charters
Any client that cancels more than 7 days in advance will be given a full refund of their deposit. Bookings made for the months of May and June (tarpon season) require a 30 day cancellation notice. If you cancel after the deadline we will refund your deposit if we can fill your dates.
Clients who cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled charter date or no show will be liable for the full price of the booked charter. The captain will be responsible for any weather related cancellations at his discretion.
